Study Pathology with MSI

This course provides an in-depth study of pathology, focusing on the mechanisms of disease and the structural and functional changes in cells, tissues, and organs. Students will explore the causes, development, and consequences of diseases, with an emphasis on understanding pathological processes at both the molecular and systemic levels. Weeks 1 - 12: Introduction to Pathology

Topics: Overview of pathology, pathological terminology, cell injury, regeneration, shock, hereditary diseases.

Weeks 1 - 12: Neoplasia

Topics: Benign and malignant tumors, carcinogenesis, tumor progression, excesses, host response, immunodeficiency.

Topics: Heart disease, vascular disorders, hypertension, neoplasms, pancreatic disorders, electrolyte imbalances.
