My name is Theertha Ratnan. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Dietetics from JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research in India, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Food and Nutrition Management from Georgian College in Canada. I have experience working as a Nutritionist, Dietetic Assistant, and Tutor, where I’ve supported individuals in making informed dietary choices, assisted with clinical and community nutrition services, and guided students in understanding the foundations of human nutrition.

As a Nutrition and Dietetics Teaching Assistant with STEM Canada, I look forward to helping students explore how nutrition plays a vital role in health and disease prevention. I’m passionate about making science approachable and empowering learners to make evidence-based choices for lifelong wellness.
